В Украине не приняли скандальный законопроект о разграничении госземель

Народные депутаты не отменили Закон О внесении изменений в некоторые законодательные акты Украины об разграничении земель государственной и коммунальной собственности, который был принят 6 сентября.

Как сообщается, за решение об отмене проголосовали только 67 народных депутатов при необходимом минимуме 226.

Отметим, что отменить данный закон призвал Председатель Верховной Рады Владимир Литвин. По его словам, закон был принят с нарушением регламента.

Напомним, что 7 июля Кабинет Министров утвердил порядок создания Земельного банка с уставным капиталом 120 млн гривен. В апреле Рада выделила 120 млн грн на 2012-й год на создание Земельного банка.

Кабмин поручил Министерству аграрной политики и продовольствия и Национальному банку (по согласию) создать Государственный земельный банк в декабре 2011 года, однако до сих пор он не был создан. Существование Земельного банка предусматривается принятым в первом чтении законопроектом О рынке земли №9001-д.

Как сообщалось, 6 сентября, спустя десять часов после ликвидации, парламент повторно создал Земельный банк.
